This is Orianthi Panagaris. She is a pop singer/guitarist now, but before that she played a lot of Santana esque songs, and actually played with santana himself. She was the guitarist for Michael Jackson's new tour before he passed away. This is a video of her playing with Santana at the PRS 20th Anniversary Party.

What the...

It isn't a random occurrence for my boss to instant message me so unusual songs during work, (inspiration for blog by the way) but this video is the weirdest/coolest/most awesome video yet. The song is Electric Feel by MGMT, which on its own is a great song, but the video is the song choreographed for the Rock-afire Explosion. The Rock-afire Explosion are robotic animals similar to the band at Chuck E. Cheese. Not only is this odd but it is perfectly in time. This is a must see.

Hello 90's

To bad musical talent isn't a deciding factor in whether or not you get noticed these days. If it were we would have a lot more bands that sound great like Blues Traveler. Can never get away from this song cause the Hook keeps on bringing me back.

Armik + Baking = Me Happy

This one is in honor of my girlfriend for making the best cookies I have ever had in my entire life! it is Alone With You by Armik. It is a great Spanish guitar track. Very soothing. Also she just started up her own blog, so everyone please head there and let her know how awesome it is. Thanks.
